Raw Chocolate Mousse


Here’s a perfect, simple, recipe for those who get choc cravings but want a dairy and refined sugar free option.

Makes 4 portions (or 2 bigger ones!)

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey, agave nectar or maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Pop all ingredients into a blender until deliciously smooth.
  2. Spoon into individual dishes.
  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating.
